At VINGSTED hotel & konferencecenter, we believe that active meetings help develop people and organisations. Our unique location in the heart of the valley of Vejle Ådal allows you to enjoy activities in the great outdoors.

Located in scenic surroundings, we provide flexible and inclusive conference settings, whether you are seeking a venue for your next congress, conference, seminar, workshop or strategy meeting. We are centrally located in Denmark with 20 kilometres to Billund Airport and 14 kilometres to Vejle Station and central Vejle. It takes just 2.5 hours to drive from Copenhagen by car, in which case we also offer over 800 on-site parking spaces free of charge.

Enjoying coffee and networking activities during breaks are important for any meeting. But we offer much more than that; we offer active breaks where you can generate new energy and dynamics among your guests. Our 5-starred environment offers activities such as laser skeet shooting, clue games and a 333-metre zipline.

The many facilities at VINGSTED provide an optimal setting for meetings, congresses, conferences, fairs and exhibitions, whether your event has 10 or 1,500 participants.

Our 4-starred professional conference centre is fully equipped within AV technology. Our 3-starred hotel offers no less than 187 rooms. All staff members have extensive experience in hosting conferences and are always dedicated to their task, whether the event is big or small.
