At Munkebjerg Hotel, sustainability is a shared responsibility. We set high standards for ourselves, our suppliers, and our conference delegates to help create meetings and conferences with a lower environmental impact.
We believe in making conscious choices rather than replacing what still has value. That's why we serve beverages in reusable glassware, prepare much of our food in-house, and encourage delegates to use notepads made from recycled paper. Together, we create more sustainable conference experiences.
A huge thank you to the entire team. From the very beginning to the very end, you supported us through our extraordinary congress – even when the unexpected happened. Our Chairman tested positive for COVID-19 and had to join via Microsoft Teams, and your colleague Ronni expertly helped us make it all work seamlessly. It was incredibly reassuring to know that your team was always there to help. At no point did I have to look for a member of staff.
